The Florida Nature and Culture Center was built as a facility for SGI-USA members to refresh their spirit and determination to practice Nichiren Daishonin's Buddhism. As SGI President Daisaku Ikeda commented: "There should be time for sleeping and time for chanting. People should leave energized and filled with hope."

The FNCC is located on 125 acres of restored wetlands surrounding a lake. Here amid the Live Oak trees and Sabal Palms native to the Florida landscape, discussions on philosophy and everyday life experience take place in a relaxing atmosphere. For more information about the FNCC, go here

NEW! From SGI-USA, December 1st, 2007:

"We truly appreciate all of your support of the FNCC throughout 2007! There are many more wonderful conferences planned for 2008 as well. After more than five years at the current package price, we have found it necessary to increase the cost in order to maintain the FNCC and ensure that there are adequate resources and staffing. Although the cost of maintenance for the facility and other needs have steadily increased over the last few years, we have made conscious efforts to operate efficiently with the current package price. Effective December 1, 2007, the package price for FNCC conferences is increased to $435."
